海盐 1/4~1/2茶匙
橄榄油 1~2汤匙
蒜片 4瓣
指天椒 1~2只
白酒 50克
意大利番茄糊Pasatta 210克
烟红椒粉 1/2茶匙
青口 12只
海盐 适量(如青口够咸可不放)
黑胡椒 适量
意粉水 适量
柠檬皮碎 适量
柠檬汁 几滴

Ingredients for 2

160g pasta
1/4~1/2 tsp sea salt
1~2 Tbsp olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
1~2 chilis
50g white wine
210g Pasatta
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
12 mussels
sea salt (check if mussels are very salty before adding)
black pepper, pasta water, lemon zest & lemon juice to taste
