生抽 3湯匙
老抽 1 1/2茶匙
黃糖 1 1/2~2湯匙
去皮去骨雞腿肉 6件
粟粉 1茶匙
水 0~1湯匙(如想濃味一些,可不放,因材料都會出水)
香茅 2條
指天椒 1隻
蒜頭 3瓣
乾蔥 9瓣
金不換葉 25~30塊(街市亦叫九層塔,即Thai Basil)

Elizabeth’s Tips
The taste of dark soy is quite subtle as it is mainly for coloring, omit it if you don’t have it on hand.

Ingredient for 2~4 servings

3 Tbsp light soy
1 1/2 tsp dark soy
1 1/2~2 Tbsp brown sugar
6 skinless bonless chicken thighs
1 tsp cornstarch
0~1 Tbsp water (omit if you prefer a stronger flavor)
2 sticks of lemongrass
1 chili
3 cloves of garlic
9 shallot bulbs
25~30 Thai basil leaves
