燈籠椒 4個
蝦 12隻
海鹽和黑椒 適量

醬汁
意大利番茄糊Passata 400克(26湯匙 + 2茶匙)
自選糖漿 4茶匙
蒜頭粉 2茶匙(或蒜蓉 2 1/2茶匙)
煙紅椒粉(甜) 4茶匙
乾羅勒 4茶匙
海鹽和黑椒 各3/4~1 1/2茶匙

其他材料
已熟糙米飯 360克
水牛芝士波 1個

Elizabeth’s Tips
Each layer: 30g rice, 15g sauce, 6 shrimp dices

Ingredients for 4
4 bell peppers of any color
12 shrimps
sea salt & black pepper to taste

Sauce
400g Passata (26 Tbsp + 2 tsp)
4 tsp syrup of your choice
2 tsp garlic powder or 2 1/2 tsp minced garlic
4 tsp smoked paprika
4 tsp dried basil
3/4~1 1/2 tsp of each sea salt & black pepper

Other
360g cooked grain rice
1 fresh mozzarella
