紅酒400克
蒜頭4瓣
甘筍1條
黃洋蔥1個
新鮮迷迭香2棵
新鮮百里香4條
黑椒1/2茶匙
雞脾2~3隻

自製煙肉
豬扒100克
煙紅椒粉(甜)1/2茶匙
海鹽1/4茶匙
黑椒1/4茶匙
橄欖油2湯匙
薑2片

其他材料
海鹽(醃雞用)1~1 1/2茶匙
茄膏30克

蘑菇
啡蘑菇150克
新鮮百里草3條
海鹽和黑椒適量

Ingredients for 2

Red wine part
400g red wine
4 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
1 yellow onion
2 springs of fresh rosemary
4 springs of fresh Thymes
1/2 tsp black pepper
2~3 chicken thighs

Homemade bacon bits
100g pork chop or pork tenderloin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (sweet)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 slices of ginger root

Other ingredients
1~1 1/2 tsp sea salt (for seasoning chicken)
30g tomato paste

Mushroom
150g button mushroom
3 springs of Thymes
sea salt & black pepper to taste
