即食栗子 240克
水 220克

栗子醬(牛奶味)
煮栗子 半份
全脂牛奶 65克
糖霜 25克(Icing Sugar)

栗子醬(甜酒朱古力味)
煮栗子 半份
百利甜酒 60克
煮栗子剩的水 10克
無糖可可粉 6克
糖霜 20克(Icing Sugar)
純雲尼拿香油 1茶匙

Ingredients for 10 tarts

Pear filling (43g each)
420g Concorde Pear (approx 3 pears)
10g brown sugar
10g freshly squeezed lemon juice
4g cornstarch
1/2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest

Crust (25g each, tart aluminum mold size: Top diameter 8cm / Deep 2cm /bottom diameter 6cm)
145g all purpose flour
15g granulated white sugar
7g cornstarch
1/8 tsp baking powder
55g light olive oil
30g whole milk

Cooked chestnut
240g ready-to-eat chestnut
220g water

Chestnut cream (Milk flavor)
1/2 part of “Cooked chestnut”
65g whole milk
25g icing sugar

Chestnut cream (baileys’ chocolate flavor)
1/2 part of “Cooked chestnut”
60g baileys’ original flavor
10g Chestnut water (drained from “Cooked chestnut”)
6g unsweetened cocoa powder
20g icing sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
