靚冬菇 140克
熱水 850克(浸菇用,隔水後剩600克)
蠔油 2湯匙
日本清酒 2湯匙
乾瑤柱 40克
髮菜 20克

另或需蠔油1湯匙、煮食糖漿1~2茶匙

Ingredients for 5 (I doubled the measurement in my video)
140g dried shiitake mushroom
850g hot water (for soaking mushroom, 600g after drained)
2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
2 Tbsp Japanese sake
40g dried scallop
20g black weed

You may also need extra 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 1~2 tsp of cooking syrup.
