Elizabeth’s Tips

Vegan version
1) Substitute honey: with brown sugar or cooking syrup
2) Substitute egg: fried tofu puffs (boil to cooked, rinse with cold water and pad dry)
3) Worcestershire sauce: choose a brand with no Anchovy

Ingredients for 3~4

Sauce
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 1/2 Tbsp low sodium light soy
1 1/2 Tbsp organic HFCS free ketchup
1/2 Tbsp honey or sugar
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Noodle
1 pack Shirataki Noodle
1 zucchini
1 pack of noodle of your choice

Topping
1 tomato
6 baby carrots
1 baby cucumber
1 egg
extra sesame seeds to scatter the top
