做希臘乳酪(一杯240克)
傳統乳酪(原味全脂) 480~720克

註︰不同牌子的傳統乳酪,所含的乳清水分量都不一樣,只需將之隔至如「未溶的軟雪糕」質地便可。

生果乳酪早餐(二人份)
希臘乳酪 200克
檸檬汁 5克
蘋果/梨 1個
杏仁/牛油果 20粒/半個

花生抹醬(二人份)
花生(原焗無鹽) 20粒
希臘乳酪 40克
蜜糖 5克

To make a cup (240g) of Greek Yogurt
You will need 480~720g of full fat plan natural yogurt

Note: The amount of whey varies from brands, just drain until you’ve soft ice-cream consistency.

Fruit Yogurt for Breakfast (2 portions)
200g Greek yogurt
5g lemon juice
1 apple of pear
20 pieces of almond of half of avocado

Peanut Spread (2 portions)
20 pieces of peanut (unsalted roasted)
40g Greek yogurt
5g honey
