全脂原味乳酪 7茶匙
蜜糖 1/2~1茶匙
白醋 1/2~1茶匙
即磨巴馬臣芝士Parmesan Cheese 1~2茶匙
蒜頭粉 1/2茶匙
煙紅椒粉 1/4茶匙
海鹽 1/8茶匙
卡宴辣粉Cayenne pepper 1/8茶匙(小辣,不吃辣可不放)

甜薯串
橙肉甜薯2個
橄欖油 1/2湯匙
海鹽 1/4茶匙
黑椒 1/4茶匙

調味
即磨巴馬臣芝士 2茶匙
煙紅椒粉 1 1/2茶匙
蒜頭粉 1茶匙

7 tsp full fat plain yogurt
1/2~1 tsp honey
1/2~1 tsp white vinegar
1~2 tsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

Grilled Sweet potato
2 sweet potatoes
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Seasoning
2 tsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
