Add in a few mints leaves or lemon zest to your drink for a more fragrant evening!

Super low sugar berries sauce (Approx. 20~24 Tbsp)
220g blueberries
220g strawberries
40g raspberries
2~4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch

Berries Delight (1 serving)
3~4 Tbsp berries sauce
Soda water to taste

Berries barks (4 servings)
150g full fat plain Greek yogurt
90g banana
150g berries sauce
Chocolate chips, lemon zest or chopped nuts to taste
