Elizabeth’s Tips

The ingredients I used in this episode are quite pricey and it’s totally not my style. However, I do hope that I can satisfy the minority request every once in a while. Check out the following options if you’re in a budget:

  1. Coconut sugar: Substitute with brown sugar, granulated white sugar. Minus 5 grams.
  2. Homemade almond butter: https://lively.com.hk/almond-butter/
  3. Homemade peanut butter: https://lively.com.hk/homemade-peanut-butter/
    You can also use store-bought but make sure it’s no sugar added or contains oil.
  4. Maple syrup
    Pricey choices: organic – agava, coconut syrup, monk fruit syrup.
    Price friendly choices: Cooking syrup, honey
  5. Raw chocolate: substitute with 70% cocoa content chocolate

材料(7人份量)

120g unsalted roasted almond
20g coconut sugar (see Elizabeth’s Tips)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
70g homemade almond butter (see Elizabeth’s Tips)
50g egg (approx 1 egg)
20g egg yolk (approx 1 egg yolk)
30g maple syrup (see Elizabeth’s Tips)
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
40g organic no added sugar 70% cocoa content raw chocolate (see Elizabeth’s Tips)
