The ingredients I used in this episode are quite pricey and it’s totally not my style. However, I do hope that I can satisfy the minority request every once in a while. Check out the following options if you’re in a budget:
- Coconut sugar: Substitute with brown sugar, granulated white sugar. Minus 5 grams.
- Homemade almond butter: https://lively.com.hk/almond-butter/
- Homemade peanut butter: https://lively.com.hk/homemade-peanut-butter/
You can also use store-bought but make sure it’s no sugar added or contains oil.
- Maple syrup
Pricey choices: organic – agava, coconut syrup, monk fruit syrup.
Price friendly choices: Cooking syrup, honey
- Raw chocolate: substitute with 70% cocoa content chocolate
