如連殼吃︰可加1/2茶匙小茴香粉、1/4茶匙煙紅椒粉、1/4茶匙海鹽、1茶匙油

南瓜皮雞蛋沙律
雞蛋 3隻
南瓜皮 1個

低脂沙律醬
白醋或檸檬汁 7克
咖哩粉 1/2茶匙
原味全脂乳酪 100克
法式芥末醬 40克
蜜糖 15克
南瓜囊 1個
海鹽和黑胡椒 各1/4茶匙

Roast pumpkin seed
Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 tsp grounded cumin
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp oil

Mayo-free Pumkin skin salad
3 egg
Pumpkin skin of 1 pumpkin

Low fat dressing
7g white vinegar or fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
100g full fat plain yogurt
40g Dijon mustard
15g honey
pumpkin pulp of 1 pumpkin
1/4 tsp of each sea salt & black pepper
