Elizabeth’s Tips
Time needed for cooking chestnuts and dates until water is almost reduced should be around 30-40 minutes depends on how heat your stove is.

Ingredients for 6~8 scoops

80g dates
190g chestnut
300g water
200g whole milk
4g unsweetened cocoa powder
55g egg yolk
150g whipping cream
5g pure vanilla extract

After boiled, you’ll have to reserve 80g of chestnut and dice into small pieces.
