烤南瓜太陽蛋糙米飯(1人份)
油 1/8~1/4茶匙
雞蛋 1隻
水 1湯匙
南瓜(連皮) 1片
糙米飯 1碗

意式南瓜Frittata(4人份)
洋蔥 1/4個
車厘茄 8粒(或番茄半個)
南瓜肉 150克
雞蛋 5隻
牛奶 50克
即磨巴馬臣芝士Parmesan Cheese 20克
乾牛至Dried Oregano 1/2茶匙
海鹽和黑胡椒 適量

Roast pumpkin with Sunny-side up egg (For 1)
1/8~1/4 tsp oil
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
1 slice of pumpkin
1 bowl of cooked grained rice

Frittata (for 4)
1/4 onion
8 cherry tomato
150g pumpkin flesh
4 egg
10 tsp / 50g milk
20g freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
sea salt & black pepper to taste
