Ingredients for 6 inches, 5 slices

Crust
80g unsalted roasted almond
70g pulp & seeds from berries (see tutorial)
1/2 freshly grated orange zest

Mousse
22~25g strawberries (smaller portion from the side, see tutorial)
120g cherries (weigh before deseed)
125g raspberries
60g blueberries
2 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
35g water
0~20g sugar of your choice
1/2 freshly grated orange zest
1 can of 400ml coconut cream (got 180g cream after chilled in the fridge)

Jello
5 strawberries
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
10g water
120g orange juice
0~10g sugar of your choice
