白肉鱼亦可用︰九棍、深水梳罗、狮头仔、角鱼、大眼鸡仔、山班鱼等等。

材料(6碗)

熬汤底
任何白肉鱼 5条
虾 12只
洋葱 1个
甘笋 1条
西芹 4条
油 1汤匙
姜 3~5片
水 1.5~2公升

汤料
印尼番薯 3个
眉豆 50克
滚水(浸眉豆藜麦用) 200克
山渣干 37克(1両)
滚水(浸山渣干用) 80克
车厘茄 150克
海盐和黑椒 适量

Elizabeth’s Tips
You can use any kind of white marine fish that you prefer such as lizard fish, kapenta fish, golden threadfin bream, Kapok fish, etc .

Ingredients for 6 servings

Soup base
5 white marine fish of any kind
12 shrimps
1 onion
1 carrot
4 stalks of celery
1 Tbsp oil
3~5 slices of ginger root
1.5~2 L water

Ingredients for the soup
3 sweet potatoes
50g black-eyed pea
200g boiling water (for pea)
37g dried hawthorn
80g boiling water (for hawthorn)
150g cherry tomato
sea salt & black pepper to taste
