Low sugar & fat Berries Pops (make 6)
300g mixed berries (I used 220g blueberry & 80g raspberry)
25g granulated sugar of your choice
5g freshly squeezed lemon juice (omit if too troubling)
130g full fat plain yogurt

Mayo
100g full fat plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
sea salt & black pepper to taste

Blueberry Smoothie (make 2)
140g blueberry
40g raspberry
60g full fat plain yogurt
1 banana
250g soda water

No added sugar Raspberry Oat
Rolled oat, hot water, full fat plain yogurt, almond and raspberry
